More and more products are appearing on the market that promise us “healthy and beautiful hair, nails.” But whether the supplement with artificial ingredients will certainly bring us the expected effect. As a future nutritionist, I consider dietary supplementation as a last resort.

For a part of our body to function properly, it will not function without the right nutritional state. Therefore, you should eat a balanced diet, i.e. take enough macro and trace elements.

However, you have healthy hair (and beautiful;) Pay particular attention to an adequate supply of vitamins A, B, D and E, zinc, iron, copper and omega-3 fatty acids.

Of course, the most important component of the diet for healthy hair is biotin or vitamin H. It is often the main component of preparations.

Antioxidants are beneficial for healthy and beautiful hair. They inhibit the aging process of cells and thus inhibit the breakdown of creatine and collagen.

Which substances or compounds should therefore be avoided? Determines the already mentioned caffeine and alcohol in any form (nutrients), oxalates.

Such a diet for healthy hair will help you maintain beautiful hair, strong nails and improve the structure and tone of the skin.

Diet for hair loss

Make sure you have a sufficient supply of vitamins: C, E, A, B, choline, β-carotene, protein and minerals (silicon, sulphur, iron, copper and zinc).

It is recommended to eat black sesame, as it is a source of copper and zinc, the combination of which has a positive effect on the condition of the hair.
