Diet to purify toxins

Harmful substances or toxins are very dangerous for the body due to their frequent use. They can be found in most everyday products.

These substances enter our bodies in different ways, so it is good to make sure they are removed from the body. One way to get rid of them is to use a “toxic cleansing diet.”

The benefits of such a diet, in addition to the actual cleansing of the body, are also the prevention of damage to many organs (e.g. kidneys, liver, intestines) and the improvement of the function of the body, including well-being. Toxic substances that enter the bloodstream and wreak havoc on the body, causing unpleasant and even severe symptoms.

As already mentioned, toxins can be found everywhere (water, soil, air, clothing, cosmetics, food, alcohol, medicines, …). In listing all these possible sources of poison, I wanted to show you the extent of the problem with these harmful substances.

The application of the “Detox” diet allows you to enjoy your health longer;)

Diet to cleanse toxins – rules

I want to warn you immediately about fasting and strange diets like detox juice. Even its 1-day use is not completely safe for your body. I personally advise against this type of detoxification.

The only way to use this fasting or detoxification for a short time is if you are overweight or obese and do not feel hungry. Nevertheless, in such a situation it is better to seek advice from a nutritionist.

A safe step in the detoxification of the body is the incorporation of herbal teas, herbal teas, spices and herbs with antioxidant, diuretic, sweating and intestinal peristalsis stimulating properties into the diet.

Then you can increase the intake of fiber, which has a positive effect on the metabolism and helps to cleanse the body. You can read about this in the article on fiber.

Although I do not recommend detoxification with fruit and vegetable juices, I recommend eating fruits and vegetables as a supplement to meals when cleansing the body, as well as with a normal diet. They have valuable properties that support detoxification.

Fermented products (both dairy products and silage) should also be mentioned here. It is also good to replenish the intestinal flora with probiotics. It is also good to eat flax seeds to improve bowel function.

For the duration of detoxification, products such as sugar, alcohol, coffee and black tea and carbonated beverages should be eliminated. It is recommended to follow a cleansing diet of 3 to 7 days.

Personally, I have integrated a glass of water with lemon and mint into my everyday life. It also aims to detoxify the body and speed up the metabolism. That’ll stop the snacking.
