Healthy diet

Healthy diet, i.e. adherence to the rules of a balanced diet. It has nothing to do with a strict diet, completely avoiding processed products, sweets and fast food. Everything is for people, moderation is enough in everything. It’s not the product that’s poison, but the quantity.

Did you know that 3 out of 4 people would avoid disease if they followed the rules of a healthy diet by changing their eating habits? An increasing proportion of the world’s population is suffering from excessive body weight. Yes, properly named process – “sick”. Obesity has been on the list of civilization diseases for more than a year. It is not only excessive body weight and unsightly figure image perceived by many, but above all health consequences, such as: metabolic disorders (diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, …), cancer risk and many other diseases.

All of this could be avoided if we had a healthy lifestyle. 60% is a healthy diet and the rest is an active lifestyle. As I mentioned earlier, there is no need to torture yourself with diets: sirtuin, ketogenic, salad. No strict diets are safe or enjoyable to use. Therefore, all the more should not be used for a long time.

After all, you only need to consume properly selected individually calories of your whole-day diet, covering your basic body energy needs, and after reaching the correct body weight, balance it taking into account daily physical activity. You don’t have to give up your favorite sweet snack or pizza every week.

Remembering some of the most important principles of healthy eating, you can both enjoy eating and properly nourish the body. These include adding fruits and vegetables to every meal, introducing whole grains, limiting meat consumption and opting for lean meat and beef or veal. It is also worth supporting the intestinal microflora by consuming fermented milk products.
